DELIVERY
In the city of Burgas:
– Orders are accepted from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00
– Orders are made by email, phone or Facebook. When ordering by email or Facebook, the customer receives a confirmation email from us
– Orders until 16:00 are delivered between 18:30 and 20:00 on the same day.
– Orders after 16:00 are delivered the next day
Price of delivery for Burgas:
– BGN 4 for the central neighborhoods
– BGN 8 for Meden Rudnik and Sarafovo
– For orders over BGN 50 delivery is free
Method of payment by cash.
Delivery in Bulgaria outside Burgas:
The ordered products are delivered throughout the country by courier of ECONT or Speedy. The delivery price is calculated during the order.
Deliveries over BGN 100 are free for zone A.
Delivery delays are possible due to congestion of couriers during the Black Friday, Christmas and New Year sales periods.
When will the shipment arrive at your place?
- If you order by 16:00 from Monday to Friday, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for the order sent on the same working day and you can expect your products up to 24 hours after the e-mail.
- When ordering after 16:00 from Monday to Friday, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for the order sent the next working day and you can expect your products up to 24 hours after the e-mail. Order placed after 16:00 on Friday – you will receive on Tuesday.
- When ordering on Saturdays, Sundays and / or national holidays, your order will be processed on the first working day.

PAYMENT
For each ordered product the consumer must pay the price that is announced in the e-shop at the time of the order. The price of each product can change dynamically.
Payment methods:
- Cash on delivery: cash payment to the courier upon delivery;
- Payment by card through ECONT, where the amount is reserved on your account. It will only be withdrawn when you accept your shipment. If you refuse or return it immediately, the amount of the imposed payment will be released and will be at your disposal again.
